This website uses only what it needs to work and, if you consent, Google Analytics 4 for visitor statistics. We use no profiling or advertising cookies.

On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept or reject statistics: until you choose, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.

TheFork’s form loads only on the Book page; Bonkdo’s gift card form only when you press the button to open it.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device so it can recognise them on later visits. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, are treated the same way here. They can be first-party, if set by the site you are visiting, or third-party, if set by someone else through that site.

Technical cookies

• Cookie choice: the website remembers in your browser’s storage whether you accepted or rejected statistics, so it does not ask on every visit. It lasts 6 months.
• Virtual assistant (biafora.it): the chat may save the state of the conversation in your browser’s storage, so you find it again when moving between pages. It is only used to make the chat work, which starts when you open it.
• Adobe Fonts (fonts): your browser contacts Adobe’s servers to download the fonts. Adobe states that it sets no cookies for this service.

Technical cookies do not require consent.

Statistics cookies: Google Analytics 4

Only if you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to learn in aggregate how many people visit the website, which pages they read, which country and device they come from, and how many open the booking or gift card form.

• _ga: distinguishes visitors; lasts 2 years.
• _ga_LWLV591JVY: keeps the session state; lasts 2 years.

We have turned off Google signals for advertising and ad personalisation. Google Analytics 4 does not log full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Third-party services loaded only at your request

• TheFork (bookings): the form loads only on the Book page, which you open in order to book. From then on TheFork may use its own cookies under its cookie policy.
• Bonkdo (gift cards): only after you press “Buy a gift card”. From then on Bonkdo may use its own cookies under its cookie policy.
• Instagram and Facebook: the website only has links to the restaurant’s pages. They set no cookies until you visit those sites.

How to give or withdraw consent

On your first visit choose “Accept” or “Reject”. Closing the banner without choosing counts as rejecting. Your choice lasts 6 months; then we ask again.

You can change it at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics cookies are deleted.

You can also view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings, usually under “Privacy and security”.
